Refund policy

Heads up: this is a working draft. Have a lawyer review before going live, especially if you sell in jurisdictions with statutory refund rules (the EU, UK, India under the Consumer Protection Act).

Brand Kit ($100, one-time)

• Before work starts (we haven’t opened your file): full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• During the 48-hour window (work in progress): 50% refund if you cancel before delivery.
• After delivery: no refund. We will, however, do one extra round of revisions free if you’re unhappy with the direction.

Website ($250, one-time)

• Before work starts: full refund within 24 hours.
• Design phase, build not started: 60% refund.
• Build in progress: 25% refund.
• Site delivered: no refund. Two extra revision rounds offered free if you’re not happy.

Launch Bundle ($750, one-time)

• Before work starts: full refund within 24 hours.
• Site in progress, app not started: 50% refund.
• Site delivered, app build in progress: 25% refund.
• App submitted to the App Store / Play Store: 10% refund (store review is out of our hands, so the work is done from our side).
• App live in the store: no refund. Two extra revision rounds on the site and one extra on the app, free, if you’re not happy.

How to request a refund

Email admin@ai-launchkit.com with your Stripe receipt number and a short note on what’s wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks freeze the project while the dispute is investigated and add 60+ days to resolution. We’re almost always faster.

Edge cases

We try to be fair. If your situation doesn’t fit neatly into one of the buckets above, email us and we’ll work it out.
